Two entire days devoted to cake! We’ve planned a deep-dive into building beautiful, balanced cakes from the inside out. We’ll move through the rhythm of creating cake layers, various fillings and buttercreams, and learning how to decorate with ease and intuition, showcasing rustic and classic styles and piping.
You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of the elements that can make cake so magical, in flavour, structure, texture, and design, and the confidence to make it uniquely yours.
