Beet & Berry Smoothie
Makes 1 smoothie
1/4 cup frozen chopped red beets, raw
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 frozen banana (~1/4 cup)
1/2 cup oat milk (or other milk)
pinch cinnamon
2 dates (soaked in hot water for 10 minutes)
Note: if you don’t like banana in smoothies, it can be replaced with 1/4 cup of frozen raspberries + 1-2 more dates
