London Fog

Makes 1 latte

3/4 cup hot water

1 earl grey bag (or an equivalent amount of loose leaf earl grey)

1 medjool date

1/4 cup oat milk (or milk of choice)

1/4 tsp vanilla

pinch of cinnamon

Place Earl Grey tea and date in 3/4 cup of hot water - allow to steep for ~5 minutes.

Heat up milk in a small saucepan over medium-high heat.

Once milk is hot, add to a high speed blender along with steeped tea (remove tea bag first), date and vanilla. Blend on high for 30 seconds or until date is completely blended and milk is frothy.

Pour into mug and sprinkle with cinnamon.
